Deep breaths and salty air are back on the menu at Revive Salt Lounge! We’ve officially brought back our signature Yoga Salt Lounge Experience w/ Samantha Ashleigh Yoga, blending the physical benefits of soft, restorative yoga movements with the therapeutic power of halotherapy.
If you’re looking to hit the reset button, here is what you can expect from this unique wellness fusion:
The one hour experience takes place in a tranquil, climate-controlled room where the walls and floors are lined with Himalayan salt. As you move through your gentle movements, a medical-grade halogenerator disperses micro-particles of pharmaceutical-grade salt into the air.
• Breathe Deeper: The salt air helps reduce systemic inflammation, K*ll bacteria, boost your immune system, open airways and reduce inflammation in the lungs.
• Skin Glow: Salt is naturally antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, perfect for a post-yoga radiance.

Note: Whether you're a seasoned yogi or someone who can barely touch their toes, these sessions are designed to be accessible, focusing more on gentle movements + restorative breathing than fast-paced flows or advanced balancing poses.
