The Social Table is a table we book and you come and play!Come alone or with someone, but be prepared to mix it up with some friendly folk who are looking for company too!
This event is all about facilitating connections and creating an environment of fun and friendship. We know it can be hard to find friends who love board games, good coffee or even a cold beer when you have moved to a new city, and maybe don't speak the local language (yet) and we want to help.
Board games are a great way to spend an hour or 5, to have easy-going conversation and to combat loneliness and boredom.
So if you want to meet some lovely people, make friends and play some games, come and join the social table!

7th August:
This Social Table will be all about Hutan.
In Hutan, all players have their own rainforest patch where they will plant sprouts and flowers that over time grow into towering trees.
There is no problem with choosing a different game but we find having a theme helps choose the first game and get the evening started!

14th August:
This Social Table will be all about: Harmonies.
In Harmonies, build landscapes by placing colored tokens and create habitats for your animals. To earn the most points and win the game, incorporate the habitats in your landscapes wisely and have as many animals as you can settle there.
There is no problem with choosing a different game but we find having a theme helps choose the first game and get the evening started!

21st August:
This Social Table will be all about: Splendor and its expansion: The Silk Road.
Splendor is a game of chip-collecting and card development. Players are merchants of the Renaissance trying to buy gem mines, means of transportation, shops—all in order to acquire the most prestige points.
There is no problem with choosing a different game but we find having a theme helps choose the first game and get the evening started!

This Social Table will be all about social deduction.

This will be a repeated event on Thursdays starting at 18kl.
If you come late, you run the risk of the game starting already and missing out on a fun night. So we strongly encourage you to show up on time at kl 18. If you come late, we will always try to include you but we can not guarantee it will be possible.
We will suggest a game or type of game to get the night going but you are welcome to grab any game that sounds intriguing to you and try it out!
