Ladies Who Lunch is our monthly lunch meetup created for women who want more than small talk and surface-level connections. Once a month, we gather over great food to slow down, laugh, and have real conversations about life, goals, work, money, friendships, and the season you’re in. This is not a sales event and it’s not awkward networking… it’s intentional connection in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

This event is hosted by The Social SHIFT, a women-led community built for women craving genuine connection, meaningful friendships, and experiences that feel aligned with who they are becoming. The Social SHIFT exists because making friends as an adult shouldn’t feel forced or transactional. Our events are designed to help women find their people naturally… through shared experiences, conversation, and community.

If you’ve been feeling like something is missing… more connection, more laughter, more intentional time for yourself… this table is for you. Many women come to their first Social SHIFT event not knowing anyone and leave feeling seen, supported, and excited to come back.
