By popular demand we are repeating our most popular Outdoor Cooking Class. There is no better way to socializee than to sit and create a meal together. Join us as we show you how easy it is to make authentic Chinese style pork dumplings (fried and steamed). They are a meal to unto themselves and you can freeze them for quick meals in a pinch. After we make the dumplings we'll sit, eat and socialize! You can watch or participate in the entire process!
What to Expect:
- Your instructor will take you from start to finish the process of making dumplings including mixing the ingredients, folding and cooking techniques.
- During the class the group will have opportunities to mix, fold,cook ask questions as well as socialize.
- After we have cooked the dumplings we will sit and eat. Each person will have 10-15 dumplings.
- The class will take place at the organizers home outside. There is also plenty of free parking.
- Please bring something to drink.
Cost: $40
Includes: Dumpling Class, food, meal and processing fees.
Space is limited to 8.
The Instructor: Dave Cervini studied culinary arts at the New School and Peter Kumps and served as a sous-chef at hundreds of cooking classes.
