In honor of the upcoming Fat Tuesday & Mardi Gras we are hosting a special Cajun Jambalaya Cooking Event. Our cooking events are designed to bring people together to prepare a meal, learn some new techniques, socialize and enjoy a tasty meal. There is no better way to socialize than to help prepare a meal together. Join us as we show you how easy it is to make authentic Cajun Jambalaya which is one of those great meals that you can make and freeze for future use. After we make the Jambalaya we'll sit, eat and socialize! You can watch or participate in the entire process!
What to Expect:
- Your host will take you from start to finish the process of making Jambalaya. including mixing the ingredients,and how to cook.
- During the event the group will have opportunities to mix and chop the ingredients while learning and socializing.
- After we have cooked the Jambalaya we will sit and eat.
- The class will take place at the organizers home on the outside patio. There is also plenty of free parking.
- Please bring something to drink.
The Jambalaya includes: chicken, shrimp, sausage, rice and veggies
Cost: $40
Includes: Class, food, meal and processing fees.

The Host: Dave Cervini is a professional instructor and has studied culinary arts at the New School and Peter Kumps in NYC and served as a sous-chef at hundreds of cooking classes.
