Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and have fun.
The Slow Down is a guided couples stretch experience blending gentle yoga, partner-supported stretches, and simple breathing exercises to enhance playfulness and intimacy.
This workshop invites romantic partners and close connections to move together, communicate through touch and breath, and explore what it feels like to both give and receive support.
No prior yoga experience is required. This is not about flexibility or performance; it’s about being present, building trust, and connecting with the one you love.
The evening concludes with time for music, light snacks, refreshments, and a special gift to take home.

• No yoga or fitness experience required
• All activities are fully clothed and consent-based
• This is not a therapy session or a performance-based class
• You and your partner will always control your own level of participation
• Come as you are—curious, playful, or simply ready to relax

5:25–5:35 PM – Individual warm-up (side-by-side)
5:35–5:55 PM – Supported partner stretches (supine: hips & legs)
5:55–6:10 PM – Supported partner stretches (seated: spine & upper body)
6:10–6:25 PM – Restorative partner stretch & intimate breathing practice
6:25–6:35 PM – Guided reflection & partner conversation
6:35–7:00 PM – Snacks, refreshments, and informal connection
