Speaker Bio: Ben Tracy is a former civil rights attorney a former senior judicial attorney to the Ohio Supreme Court and is currently an appellate prosecutor and local politician. He is well into his second decade litigating civil rights and constitutional law topics and holds degrees from Exeter Brown University and the University of Virginia School of Law.
