Vivente Music Twilight concert at historic Urrbrae House with Tim Kersten (lute) and Tom Helps (voice, viol and violin).We are extending a warm welcome to Urrbrae House to the premier Adelaide lutenist, Tim Kersten, who will be joined in this concert by the singer and multi-instrumentalist, Tom Helps.
Enjoy the purity and intimacy of the music from the early 16th century in Europe and Elizabethan England, exploring compositions for solo Renaissance lute and lute with voice, viol and violin by composers such as John Dowland (1563-1626), Francesco da Milano (1497-1543), Josquin de Prez (c. 1440-1521), and others. This event is not to be missed.
