Welcome to our intermediate /advanced workshop, where we dive into the exciting world of acrobatic hand-to-hand moves and drills! Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this workshop is designed to help you improve your acrobatic hand-to-hand techniques on the floor before gradually progressing to standing positions. Emphasis will be placed on wrist exercises and safety measures to ensure you protect these crucial joints while performing. Additionally, we'll introduce you to the dynamic flow of Icarian and Slake acro, blending strength, flexibility, and creativity into your practice. Join us for a fun and engaging session that promises to enhance your acrobatic repertoire while prioritizing safety and proper technique
Prereq:
Solid star, stable foot to hand, some experience with flow
Teaching from saturday and sunday from 10-13 and 15-18
Participation: 1 or 2 days
price:
90 euros for one day/ 150 euros for two days.
If you can't afford this, you can pay less, but minimum price is 60 euros for one day and 100 euros for two days.

Luca @monkeyacrocat from Sicily, started to be upside down as a child and his favorite game was climbing trees. 🌴🌴His passion for acroyoga started 12 years ago with Luigi and Francesca in Palermo, it was love at first sight and 4 years after he did his first TT with AcroFusion in Sicily. After that in Thailand he did his first intensive training with PartnerAcrobatics and he liked so much that in the same year he decided to do the PartnerAcrobatics TT in Spain.
Luca is an hybrid acrobat, he loves both roles but he is more specialized as a flyer, specially in Standing Acro H2H, F2H and podcheska are is daily bread. He is also a handstand addict 🤸🏻‍♀️and he loves any kind of movement : floorwork, dancing and acting.
Acroyoga has changed his life and the only goal he has now is sharing his knowledge, passion and his smile around the world.
Roberto Onorato:
Roberto has dedicated all his life to Movement. He strongly belives in this powerful tool as a way to explore the inner self and discover one's inner talents, auto-healing abilities and the full potencial of one's learning capacities in any contest. This is how he sets out to help people to grow as individuals and as members of the Human Community.
He has been practicing martial arts since the age of 6 and It's through this experience that he felt in love with movement practices. Since then up to his 20s, he kept practicing and studying different way to express movement: yoga, acroyoga, contemporary dance and different kind of martial arts such as capoeira.
Roberto deeply loves sharing with people. He strongly believes that conscious practices are one of the best tools we have to change the world as through conscious movement we become ourselves the change we want to see happen.
