About this Event
Alejandro Preschel is a Venezuelan-American who grew up in South Florida and now lives in Nashville, Tennessee. He grew up playing blues guitar, drawing inspiration from players like Stevie Ray Vaughan, Santana, David Gilmour, and John Mayer.
Over time, he fell in love with songwriting — especially country music. He began exploring artists like George Jones, Del Reeves, Merle Haggard, Sturgill Simpson, and Colter Wall. After years of trying to sound like his heroes and falling short, he accidentally discovered his own voice. The more he failed at sounding like someone else, the more he became himself — a lesson he’s still learning to embrace after 16 years of making music.
I’m Parker I’ve been playing around Miami the past few years both in bands and with my own songs. Matias and I got started together a while back when I first moved here!!
Matias brings his love and passion for music to the stage with influences from the Grateful Dead to modern funk held by a strong belief that music should be free and loose. He was gifted a guitar by his mother at 14 and at 30 lost most of his function to disease, 1 year later he’s back and ready to play music again. Bringing you insipiring songs and tight wicked jams.
