Following on from the class in January going into the heart centre, this workshop is set to raise your vibration to new levels, for you to be in total abundance and gratitude! I will be fresh out of my Switzerland workshop with Joe Dispenza and will be sharing deep meditations to assist with creating the life you want! Everything is energy! Everything has a frequency and everything is happening for a reason! Let's break that down and rebuild it so nothing external is going to push you down!
This 3-hour session is packed with all things universal energy and tips to enhance your own power to your vision and connection to the universe. I will go into some very outstanding reality creating techniques (not shared in previous classes) and the meditations will be enlightening to say the least. I have created a later event so you can ease your way onto the evening, closer to the Sunday all fresh and ready to 'be'.
My name is Hannah, and I am a tarot reader, colour therapist and energy unblocking practitioner. I follow the phases of the moon 🌙 and encorporate the current energies into the class and explain how you manifest with the moon regularly and also release old energy.
Raising your frequency doesn't have to be difficult and it should always be exciting! Why not dedicate this time to YOU?! You will thank yourself for it.
We will meditate more deeply, in a darker surrounding to the most amazing sounds where your energy will 'raised'. Sometimes, the best flashes of inspiration can come from these moments.
You will learn and absorb the sound of various chants and see how it makes you feel.
These sessions are truly uplifting and a gathering of like-minded souls is always soul nourishing!
Included in the ticket price will be writing materials should you wish to make notes and you get to take away your very own 'gift' which will be posted here nearer the event.
The session is held at Picadilly Ballroom in Bournemoth which is a beautiful space! There is parking which is free once you add in your registration on arrival.
