This workshop focuses on journeying for yourself, providing foundational skills to enter altered states of consciousness, connect with spirit guides, and receive personal insight.
Through guided instruction, experiential exercises, and drumming techniques, you will learn how to navigate the unseen realms with confidence, deepen your self-awareness, and strengthen your intuitive connection.

Sally is an experienced Shamanic Practitioner, Drum Maker, Medicine Musician, Sweatlodge & Workshop Facilitator.
Her work is deeply rooted in the medicine of the land, inspired by the ancient ways and finding balance through connection to the natural world.
Having trained in a wide range of modalities and traditions, she works to empower those who come to her offerings, holding space for people to cultivate their own deeper relationship to spirit, nature and to themselves.
Sally is the Founder of Collective Soul CIC, a non-profit set up to provide spaces and gatherings for the well-being, belonging and connection of the local community.
