A monthly immersion into the benefits and healing qualities of Mantra and Mantra practice. We will be working with a different Mantra each month. You will recieve in depth esoteric teachings and we will practice the Mantra. There will also be the opportunity to recieve healing
You'll need a yoga mat, cushion, blanket and water.
The fee per session is £20.
