Get ready to SHAKE at the coolest Halloween Party in Hamilton on Friday, October 31st! Join us for a dinner and dance fundraiser for Hamilton Folk Arts Heritage Council - Home of 'It's Your Festival.'
Marquis Gardens will be providing an amazing buffet dinner for your discerning palate, to be followed by dancing to your favorite tunes with THE SHAKERS! Dave, Rick, Tim and Claude have been climbing the radio charts all over the world with their recent album, "Left For Alive". If you don't already know these iconic Canadian rockers (who all happen to be Hamilton born), now is your chance.
Doors: 5:00pm, Dinner: 6:00pm, Dancing 8:30pm -11pm
Costumes are optional, but there will be a costume contest, so you might want to dig out your favorite spooky, silly or best cosplay outfit to join the fun. We will also have a photo booth to commemorate the occasion.
There will be door prizes, a 50/50 draw and a silent auction. So far we have a couple of very generous donors for door prize and silent auction items. Molson Brewery and Andrew Peller Limited Wines.
There are limited tickets for the dinner and show with 100 available online (see ticket link), and another 100 available in "memento" style paper version. The paper tickets will be available at Picks and Sticks on Locke St. and Stardust Records on Ottawa Street staring this weekend, August 16th.
The tables seat 8 people each, so if you want a group seated together, please email your list of ticket holder names (with ticket numbers if you have paper tickets) to [email protected] by Monday, September 15th, and we will make sure to reserve your number of requested seats at the same table. After that date we won't be able to accommodate groups in order to have general seating.
