With over 20 years of personal practice and a thoughtful, grounded teaching style, Vanessa creates a space where you can gently quiet the noise and reconnect with your inner voice.
Through restorative yoga and guided self-reflection, you’ll begin to shift how you see and speak to yourself — from criticism toward compassion.

Bring a deck of cards — we’ll use what arises in practice to create something meaningful you can take with you, and use to bolster your inner speech day to day.
