April 5th: Foundation of Psychic Awareness
Focus: Developing intuitive sensitivity and self-trust.
Goal: Equip students with the tools for intuitive protection, grounding, and heightened awareness.
- Introduction to different psychic abilities (clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, claircognizance).
- Grounding and protection practices to create a safe space for psychic work.
- Meditation and mindfulness exercises to heighten self-awareness.
- Basic energy sensing exercises, such as aura reading or feeling energy fields.
- Guided meditation to discover your top three psychic senses!
April 12th: Strengthening Psychic Senses
Focus: Exploring and activating specific psychic senses.
Goal: Enable students to identify and hone their primary psychic senses.
- Focused exercises on each clair sense, helping students to recognize and tune into their strongest psychic abilities.
- Practice with psychometry (reading the energy of objects) or other sensory-based techniques.
- Practice giving pendulum readings.
April 19th: Higher Self Connection and Message Interpretation
Focus: Connecting with Higher Self and Interpreting Messages
Goal: Help students establish a trusted connection with their Higher Self and interpret messages with confidence.
- Learn the difference between Ascended Masters, Spirit guides, Guardian angels, and Higher self communication.
- Methods for receiving and interpreting psychic messages through signs, symbols, and feelings.
- Guided practice in channeling messages in a safe environment.
April 26th: Practice, Integration, and Readings
Focus: Putting it all together with practice readings and feedback.
Goal: Give students the confidence and practical experience to continue their psychic development independently.
- Practicing full intuitive readings, either individually or in pairs.
- Group exercises for offering and receiving feedback to build confidence.
- Techniques for protecting, grounding, and cleansing energy after giving readings.
- Q&A session to address any remaining questions or areas for improvement.
Each class includes a guided meditation, interactive exercises and open time for sharing experiences and questions. This structure allows students to progress in a supportive environment while exploring and strengthening their unique gifts.
