The event is on Friday August 13th and runs from 5.30pm to 8.00pm with an interval for drinks & refreshments, at the Les Mills Britomart Group Fitness Studio.
This is also a fundraiser event with profits being donated to the GROW NZ foundation - a community for Mental Health and Personal Development.
