Festive photo ops, live music, hot chocolate, gingerbread. These are just some of the ingredients for a very merry night out at the Seaport. Bundle up and join us for one of our favorite nights of the year—the Holiday Tree Lighting celebration on Tuesday, December 2, from 6pm – 8pm. Look for the big tree at the corner of Water and Fulton Streets, where the neighborhood is gathering to mingle and welcome the winter season ahead.
Throughout the evening, lively performances will set the mood, presented by Heineken: The Doo Wop Project, Dueling Pianos, and Brooklyn Drumline.
Sip cozy drinks while you stroll, and enjoy and family friendly activities presented by NewYork- Presbyterian, including fun coloring stations, ornament decorating, and face painting. And don’t miss the sneak-preview of Gingerbread City!
The merrymaking culminates at 7pm with the lighting of the Seaport tree, followed by a magical meet-and-greet with Santa, where kids can share their holiday wish lists and parents can capture the moment.
As the Seaport sparkles bright, you will also have the chance to explore the amazing local shops and delicious restaurants that are a hallmark of the neighborhood.
The night is brought to life with: BeatBox, Casamigos, Coolsips, Dunkin’, Fellow Barber, Gingerbread City, Heineken, Lawn Club, Maum Market, Mure + Grand, NewYork-Presbyterian, Seaport Museum, Tin Building, and Willets.
