The Sea Wall 7 Miler Charity run/walk is 7.2 miles long and is open for people of all fitness and abilities, beginner, amateur or pro. Your welcome run it or walk it and will start and finish at The Ski Bar, Port Haverigg Marina Village, Cumbria. Taking in all the beautiful scenery in our lovely area has to offer. The first 5 mile is on road and the last 2.2 mile is of road(gravel). There will be two water stations at the 3 mile marker and just past the 5 mile marker. First 3 Male/female will receive a trophy , a mug and every finisher will receive a Sea Wall 7 Miler bucket hat and small goody bag and what ever little extras we chuck in.?There will also be a club champ competition again.
