Join The Sculpt Society trainer, Katy Schuele, at the ‘Good Energy Movement’ event in Austin on October 26!
Katy will lead a 30-minute full-body ‘Good Energy Movement’ workout. After the workout, treat yourself to complimentary cocktails and light bites provided by Astral Tequila. We’ll provide the yoga mat, exercise ball, and water – just bring yourself and your good energy!

11:30am: 30-minute TSS Full Body workout with Katy
