About this Event

The goals of this 2-hour workshop are:
1. Understand the scientific basis of Pranayama from first-hand research of Dr. Sundar
2. Learn the traditional and modified Pranayama for everyday wellness
3. Learn the clinical and social applications of Pranayama.
4. Open to all learning levels.
5. Yoga Alliance CE hours eligible.
