“How are you?“ “STRESSED.” You have probably heard this sentence many times before.
But why is that? How is stress killing your spark? Did you know that it can be socially contagious?
Come and join us on the 9th of February from 16:30 until 20:00 at Nielsine Nielsen Auditorium, Panum. Here, you will have the opportunity to listen to experts in the field presenting their research on the physiology of stress and also the perspective of a psychologist to teach us how to properly manage it!
At this event you will be presented with psychology, physiology and a surprise twist in the end, as the final speaker enlightens us on the epidemiology of stress.
This free event includes a delicious dinner where you will have the opportunity to network with the speakers and other fellow students!
