About the speaker: Dr. John ShermanDr. John V. Sherman, MD is a board-certified OB/GYN. He graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a BA in Biology. Dr. Sherman attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. He completed a residency in obstetrics & gynecology at the UT Houston Lyndon Baines Johnson General Hospital in Houston, Texas. Dr. Sherman has been practicing in Georgetown since 1999. His practice specialties involve minimally invasive gynecological procedures including Da Vinci Robotic hysterectomies, bioidentical hormone replacement, wellness, and longevity. He enjoys spending time with his patients and their families to develop individualized treatment plans and options for optimal well-being including hormones, diet, exercise, stress reduction, and incorporating hobbies and fun back into their life to age better. Dr. Sherman is known for his excellent “bedside manner,” using truth, science-based evidence, humor, and active listening. He has a passion for people, life, and health.
Being a Biote provider he has been able to offer his patients an answer to unfavorable symptoms, creating better intimate relations, weight & muscle changes, increase brain functioning and fighting off more chronic conditions by being balanced from the inside-out.
He is married to his love and has two teenage children and two rescue dogs allowing an interesting and active family life. His family spend time together playing tennis, gardening, cooking, wake surfing and bird watching.
