Learn to assist masterfully in this highly interactive course designed to help increase teachers’ confidence and students’ engagement, stability and alignment. Giving clear directions and leading in ways that are easy to follow are essential skills for all yoga teachers. We'll review exceptional languaging, verbal cues, and assists for 26 primary postures. The three reasons for learning to assist masterfully are to ensure the physical safety of students, increase students’ level of engagement or flexibility, and deepen students’ inner experience.
