“It is to them I look, to the rising generation, and not to the one now in power, for these great reformations.”—Thomas Jefferson, Letter to Chastellux
A consortium of the region’s leading K–12 schools invites parents and educators to a free, public forum at the beautiful C. Wayne McIlwraith Translational Medicine Institute. This event is designed for those interested in learning more about classical education, great schools, and local educational options.
Attendees will gain a clear understanding of classically-oriented schooling and discover opportunities within private schools, charter schools, micro-schools, and homeschool networks. Academic professionals from participating schools will be available to answer questions about enrollment, employment opportunities, and school tours.
This year’s theme celebrates the 250th anniversary of the signing of the US Declaration of Independence featuring Dr. David Diener, Assistant Professor of Education at Hillsdale College.
