Go behind the scenes at Banquet on Saturday July 3 for a hands-on educational experience in sausage-making with our Master Butcher Angelo. Just like a big Italian family, everyone in our small group will have their hand in creating a batch of Cacciatore with a recipe passed down through generations. From 1pm, you will learn everything from cut to cure, and sit down for lunch at 4pm with a continued celebration of pork - pasta al ragu - with paired wines. Your gift bag includes 3kg of cacciatore for you to cure at home, as well as some essentials to enjoy alongside the finished product.
