Shenaaz & Jihaan cannot wait to welcome you on their retreat in Blouberg. As a recovered (me) and recovering (her) perfectionists, we are supper fussy. We won’t just stay anywhere, and fell in love with @bellemarocblouberg on sight, from the spectacular location to the friendly staff and luxurious Moroccan decor. We have put together an amazing weekend of yoga, breath-work, meditation, journaling, motivational talks. It’s called Manifest Your Dreams, because it’s truly about taking yourself to ‘your next level’ or for some it could be just taking the first step. It’s not a competition or a race and that’s where The Sanctuary of Sisterhood comes in, a support system to help you take the first or the next step on your journey. If you don’t do any of the spiritual practices of yoga, meditation, breath-work, journaling, don’t panic, it’s ok, because we are going to teach you step by step.
