The Salt Path recounts their 630-mile journey along the South West Coast Path and how this physical and emotional odyssey transformed their lives.
As they navigated harsh terrain and unpredictable weather, the Winns found respite and purpose in nature. Their perspectives shifted as they let go of material possessions, forged connections with the land and wildlife, and discovered resilience in the face of adversity. Raynor also pursued a university degree despite the challenges, embodying their determination to build new lives from their hardships.
