About this Event
We’ve had the requests, and we’re responding!
The Salon, a popular creative space, will return to the Adam Smith Theatre during the Lang Toun Fest. The Salon is inspired by a meeting between Dorothy Parker and F. Scott Fitzgerald on writing and inspiration at the Algonquin Hotel in New York City in 1920, beginning a tradition of writer’s salons.
A session will run on Thursday, 5th June from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, offering writers and writers dedicated time for their own projects, with writing prompts and support from fellow creatives.
The Salon will return for a series in August during the Edinburgh Festival, dates to be confirmed.
Lisa said: “The Fife community is full of creatives who are delightful when they get together to support each one another. This session is designed to offer a supportive space to write your own stories.”
