The village of Salem, MA, is often synonymous with witchcraft, but were the condemned actually witches? From 1692-1693, witch fever ran rampant in the New England colony. Over 200 residents were accused of witchcraft, and twenty were executed. Join us at the Woodbridge Main Library August 26 at 7PM for this informative discussion on the history of this tragedy, and some speculation on the cause of the hysteria that still haunts us 'til this day, presented by Genevieve Kelly.
