Join us for a soul-nourishing journey to awaken your voice and reconnect with your inner truth through the sacred practices of:

This is a space to open, release, and express — safely and soulfully. No previous experience needed — all are welcome!
Program:
8:30 AM – Arrival
9:00 AM – Sacred Opening Circle
Welcome tea (herbal throat blend)
Intention-setting: “I give myself permission to speak”
Oracle or affirmation card pull
9:30 - 11:30 AM – Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey
Guided breathwork to clear energetic blockages and open expression
Breath patterns to activate the throat and heart connection
Integration with journaling: “What has remained unspoken within me?”
12:00 - 1:30 PM – Nourishing Lunch & Soulful Silence (12:00-1:00 in dining area)
Plant-based meal to support voice and energy
Silent eating
Herbal tea station
1:30 - 2:30 PM – Soul Expression Circle
Journaling + inner reflection: "Where in my life am I ready to speak my truth?”
Gentle sharing in pairs
3:15 - 4:00 pm – Throat Chakra Ceremony (Mantra & Music)
Lighting of blue candle (or crystal)
Visualization: throat as a radiant blue light
Mantra meditation: "I trust the voice of my soul”
4:15 PM – Closing Circle & Integration
Snack at the beach
Group sharing and reflection
Take-home gift: mini journal, crystal, or throat chakra card
5:00 PM – Departure
