You are warmly invited to The Sacred Uprising — a guided sound journey where breath, tone, and voice become bridges to inner awakening and remembrance.We begin with gentle breathwork as you are guided to release fear and tension held in the throat, opening space for sacred tone. From there, you’ll move into tonal expression and exploration of your signature sound, allowing natural vocal release and your unique resonance to emerge.
Tamara will then guide you into an immersive vocal sound bath, where the voice becomes medicine and the body a living temple.
We close with quiet integration and space for sharing, if you feel called.
