The Sacred: Cacao Ceremony

A ceremony that honours the sacred plant medicine of cacao, time being with the self, connected community and the rhythms of the earth.
About this Event

Be held in ceremony, a sacred time that is devoted to honouring the magic of the plant medicine Cacao, the magic within you and the rhythm of nature. A moment to slow down, let go and simply be as you are.

Each sacred cacao ceremony has a different theme depending on the cycle of the season.

Sitting in ceremony creates safety for you to deeply connect and welcome all parts of yourself to be seen and felt, for you to create a grounded foundation of acceptance for who you are.

Weaving plant medicine of cacao with vibrations of sound you will be supported to drop into a state of relaxation and bliss.

Leave feeling;

  • clear in your mind
  • grounded in your body and;
  • connected with your soul

so that you can walk away feeling at ease, with greater clarity and present.

What is Cacao?

Simply- it is chocolate in it's purest form but, it is so much more than that! It has been used for thousands of years by the Mayan, Aztec and other Meso-American cultures during ceremonies, daily life or for medicine to open the heart. It is known as the medicine that holds the key to open the heart. The journey with cacao is one of support, respect and love.

I see Cacao as the light in a dark room.

It never forces you to walk through the door.

It just shines the light for you to see the door.

Choosing to walk through the door is up to you and can take time.

---------------------------------------------------------------

Benefits of Cacao:

  • physical benefits; increase focus, reduce mental fatigue and support blood flow
  • emotional benefits; increase ability to feel and process emotions, tap into love and gratitude and regulate mood
  • spiritual benefits; connects us to higher self and divine consciousness

---------------------------------------------------------------

Benefits Sound Bath:

Tibetan Singing Bowls will be played during the ceremony to activate healing frequencies on a cellular level for a sense of release and deep relaxation.
