About this Event
Join Reiki Masters Sydnee & Anthony for a one of a kind creative experience! This workshop is intended to assist in recognizing & transmuting your energy by using the power of music to create your soul portrait on canvas. We will be bringing awareness to repressed emotions and alchemizing those emotions through creativity & music. Use the vibrations of the instruments to guide you as you tap into the colors of your energy centers. Anthony will be intuitively channeling musical melodies while Sydnee offers creative guidance and space holding for the group.
We will begin our workshop by introducing ourselves and setting our intentions, followed by guided meditation and breathwork to connect deeper to ourselves. Next we will create a personalized chakra color palette using 7 colors of your choice. Anthony will begin playing various instruments while you begin free flow art, allowing your intuition to guide your way around the canvas. We will end the workshop with optional sharing and discussion of your creations and experience. It's encouraged at any time during this workshop to join in on the music if you feel called and move freely between music and painting or even dancing! Spots are limited and registration is required! It's our hope that you join us in this sacred artistic experience.
