� The Ruska Collective Workshop – Coming Home to Your Body �I’m so excited to share that I’ve secured a venue and date for the very first Ruska Collective Workshop!
This gathering is an invitation to slow down and return to yourself. Through gentle breathwork, intuitive movement, and restorative rest, we’ll create space for your nervous system to settle so you can feel grounded, nourished, and more at home in your body.
� Date & Time: Friday 26th September, 7:00–9:00pm
� Venue: CJ’s Community Village Hall, Lytchett Minster, BH16 6JE (ample parking available)
� Exchange: £15.00
Please bring along:
• Your yoga mat
• A cushion
• A blanket
