Our 7th Year of the Rural Rumble has arrived.Our Flagship Individual CrossFit Competition is BACK again for another amazing Year.
With More amazing events, A brand NEW facilities, and the best Community we have ever had from all over NSW. We have never been more excited to bring you this competition. And this year we are opening up 2 New divisions.
The Rural Rumble is a one-day On site CrossFit event consisting of 4-6 Workouts.

Masters 35-44

Teens (14-17)
Workouts will be released between now and the week before the competition
