Then we head into 25 minutes of playful running drills, technique tips, and short intervals to boost your stride and confidence. You’ll leave sweaty, smiling, and ready to enjoy your next run.
The Running Lap is led by Leszek, owner of Fitness Soul, who has completed a wide range of races—from 5K and 50K runs to multiple Ironman triathlons.
