The Runaway Pumpkin 5k/10k run/walk is a community fundraising effort to benefit the WOW Trail, a paved, 10 foot wide, multi-use rail trail in the city of Laconia enjoyed by bikers, walkers and runners of all ages. The WOW Trail organization is a 501-C3 non-profit that raises the funds needed to build and maintain the trail.
