This workshop, hosted by a breast cancer survivor during breast cancer awareness month, offers a down-to-earth introduction to environmental toxins—where they hide, how they affect your well-being, and what simple changes you can make. We'll demystify ingredient labels, explore truly clean alternatives, and share our favorite tried-and-tested swaps. Whether you're just starting out or looking to go deeper, you'll leave empowered with tools to make safer, more informed choices at your own pace. This workshop will be hosted both in-person and virtually. Space in-person is limited. Please register to secure your spot. This workshop is hosted by Stacey Row, owner and founder of Naturally Well. Stacey has over 20 years of experience in the medical field and a background in Occupational Therapy. After her own breast cancer diagnosis, she became passionate about whole-body wellness and the importance of removing environmental toxins. Stacey holds multiple certifications in lymphatic health and detox therapies, including Environmental Toxin Health Coaching. She now dedicates her work to helping others live healthier, more informed lives through natural, preventative care.
