Most of us don’t fully live in our bodies.

We think in our heads.
We feel in our hearts.
We move through life on autopilot.

But rarely do we truly land in the foundation of our body.

Join us for a two-hour in-person Root Chakra workshop focused on grounding, nervous system regulation, and embodied stability.

This guided somatic experience invites you to reconnect with your base — the pelvic floor, the base of the spine, your center of gravity — and build a stronger sense of internal security.

The Root Chakra governs our sense of structure and stability. When we are disconnected from it, we may feel anxious, scattered, constantly “on,” or quietly bracing for something to go wrong. When we reconnect, we feel planted. Steady. Secure. At home in our body — and in the world.

During this embodiment workshop, you will:

• Learn how the Root Chakra relates to your nervous system
• Explore subtle patterns of bracing and survival tension
• Practice grounding and anchoring your awareness
• Establish your base as an internal foundation
• Integrate stability through standing and movement

This is not about force.
It’s not about intensity.

It’s about building the house that allows your body to feel like home.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of:

“I feel secure in my body.”
“I know where home is inside me.”
