Independently and locally owned Root Cellar with two locations in San Marcos Texas and New Braunfels Texas is celebrating its 20th anniversary. In celebration the iconic restaurant is getting back to its roots by pivoting to brunch only.
Starting February 17th the independently and locally owned restaurant will officially be a brunch-only spot with some new plates joining the original menu. These items include:
- Eggs Benedict & Eggs Florentine
- Executive Chef Megan’s Chicken Salad
- Espresso Cappuccino
