The 2025 Ronald Sultana Memorial Lecture honours the memory of the late Professor Ronald G. Sultana, a distinguished and erudite scholar, widely respected both in Malta and internationally.To commemorate his enduring legacy, Professor André Elias Mazawi — Professor of Sociology of Education and Higher Education at the University of British Columbia, Canada — will deliver a lecture entitled:“Between Greece, the Andalus, and Palestine: Navigating the Mediterranean in the Thought of Professor Ronald G. Sultana and the Prospects of Healing.”
The event will be held on 12 November 2025 at 18:00 in VC101.
The event will run for approximately two hours. Light refreshments will be served following the lecture.
