Our hands are an essential tool for interacting with the world – from sensitive touching to keyboarding to holding on for balance and support. In yoga, we often carry our entire body on our hands! This class will include stretching with Roll Model® Method balls and self assists with some creative strengthening to facilitate long term health in our hands.
If you have arthritis in your hands, it is useful to stretch and strengthen.
