Let's do the time warp again! And again and again! We've got three shows for the 50th anniversary of the mother of all cult classics, "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" with Circle's traditional New Year's screenings and a special guest host each night.Tickets on sale now - $13 Circle members, $15 non-members. Prop bags will be on sale for $5 night of show while supplies last with everything you need for the full experience like playing cards, newspaper, rubber glove, toilet paper, and more.
As always, costumes and audience participation strongly encouraged, but no squirt guns or throwing anything directly at the screen. Hosted pre-show parties start at 9pm in the gallery each night with drink specials at the bar and more. Film at 10pm each night. On the New Year’s Eve screening, we’ll put the ball drop celebration on the big screen right as the movie ends.
The film is the mother of all cult classics, as a newly-engaged couple have a breakdown in an isolated area and must seek shelter at the bizarre residence of Dr. Frank-n-Furter.
About the Host
Tulsa’s Premier Trash Clown, Little Miss MG, hails from a long lineage of French circus and vaudeville performers, with a background in dance, theater, and comedy.
This will be her third year hosting Rocky Horror Picture Show at The Circle Cinema, although she has been worshipping at the alter Tim Curry for over three Decades!
She regularly performs drag and draglesque throughout Tulsa and has been an active contributor to Twisted Arts productions for the past two years, including co-producing and co-directing "Drag Me to the Movies" at Circle Cinema. She’s also a featured performer with Good Girl Glass Takeover shows and the Ghoul Friends Queer Variety Show. The Trash Clown was also part of the pre show for Margaret Cho at the historic Cains Ballroom!
Most recently, she competed in a seven-month drag competition at Club Majestic, ultimately earning the title of Tulsa Supreme!
Little Miss MG’s performances are a wild blend of the weird, the silly, the trashy, and the unsettling; creepy, raunchy, sometimes downright gross…but always undeniably entertaining.
