Join us for The Rock & Walk, a high-energy, community-centered music morning designed for toddlers, caregivers, and anyone who loves kids’ music that doesn’t feel like kids’ music.
This is one of Mr. E’s most loose, playful, and rock-forward gatherings. Sing, move, connect, and hang out together.
🎶 What to Expect
We’ll start with about 25 minutes of music inside the bookstore:
• Sing and move along with Mr. E as he plays alongside fully produced versions of his most-loved released songs
(the same ones you can find on Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
• Interactive moments built around clapping, stomping, shakers, dancing, and call-and-response
• A few modern favorites we love at home, mixed in naturally
• Plus a fresh take on some old classics designed to feel good for kids and adults
This isn’t a sit-and-listen show,
it’s a shared music experience. Voices up, bodies moving, kids exploring sound while parents stay part of the moment and connect together.
🚶‍♀️ The Walk
After the music, we’ll head outside for a leisurely group walk through the neighborhood — a chance to talk, connect, and regulate — before looping back to The Story Garden.
The walk is casual, stroller-friendly, and all about community.

• This is a donation-based event
• Free to attend, with a suggested $10 donation to support live music and help keep events like this going. Donate at musictimewithmre.net or at the event
• Designed for toddlers and preschoolers, but welcoming to the whole family
• As much about parents connecting as it is about kids experiencing the music
Come hang a little loose with us, make some music, meet other families, and start the day together.
