Two swindling companions named Miguel and Tulio stow themselves away onto a ship after a failed con results in them being ran out of the Spanish port. A storm soon comes along and the two are cast away in a lifeboat, later washing up on the shores of El Dorado, the fabled city of gold. Entering the city, Miguel and Tulio quickly get in over their heads when the city's inhabitants mistake them for gods, leading to them cooking up a massive con in the form of untold riches and luxury!
