Entries Close by 9am on the Thursday before the show date or earlier if classes become full so that individual times can be given, no entries accepted after this. Individual times will be posted on the Equi-Fun Club Facebook page two days before the show. Please let the secretary know at the time of entering online if you want to be near a friend or have any necessary time requests. If you need to withdraw a 50% refund will be given if you withdraw by the Wednesday before the show.

CLASS 1 – CROSS POLE JUMPING (SINGLE PHASE) 30cm KINDLY SPONSORED BY MR MOT
No fillers or spreads in this class! Combination must not have been won a show jumping class at 50cm or above. Combinations may not enter Class 4 onwards. Competitors may be led or accompanied on foot
CLASS 2 – MINI MINIMUS JUMPING (SINGLE PHASE) 40cm KINDLY SPONSORED BY TOAD HALL EQUINE REHABILITATION & PERFORMANCE
No fillers or spreads in this class! Combination must not have been won a show jumping class at 60cm or above. Combinations may not enter Class 4 onwards. Competitors may be led or accompanied on foot.
CLASS 3 – MINIMUS (SINGLE PHASE) 50cm KINDLY SPONSORED BY HOW TO BASICALLY
A mixture of cross poles and uprights. No fillers or spreads in this class! Combination must not have been won a show jumping class at 70cm or above. Combinations may not enter Class 5 or 6. Competitors may be assisted (but not led) in this class.
CLASS 4 – SMALL NOVICE (SINGLE PHASE) 60cm KINDLY SPONSORED BY EQUESTRIAN LAUNDRY GROUP
Combination not to have won at 80cm or above.
CLASS 5 – NOVICE (SINGLE PHASE) 70cm KINDLY SPONSORED BY PDG PHOTOGRAPHY
Open to all.
CLASS 6 – OPEN (SINGLE PHASE) 80cm KINDLY SPONSORED BY RKF CHIROPRACTIC
Open to all.
IN CLASSES 1-5 ADULTS AND JUNIORS WILL BE
PLACED SEPERATELY ENTRIES PERMITTING

£14 per class Non Members (£12 Members) inclusive of first aid.

WINTER SHOW JUMPING SERIES RULES
THE LEAGUES – At each show throughout the series, points will be awarded to the horse and rider combinations in each class. Points won at any of the qualifying competitions will be accumulated and a league table will be published and updated after each competition. The league tables will be published on the Equi-Fun Club Facebook page and the website.
THE PRIZES – The following Champion prizes will be awarded:
• Senior Overall Champion (Kindly Sponsored by RKF CHIROPRACTIC)
Awarded across all levels to the horse and rider combination aged 17 years and over that has accumulated the highest number of points throughout the series.
• Junior Overall Champion (Kindly Sponsored by RKF CHIROPRACTIC)
Awarded across all levels to the horse and rider combination aged 16 years and under that has accumulated the highest number of points throughout the series.
• Lead Rein Junior Champion (Kindly Sponsored by PIPPA’S PANTRY)
Awarded across the levels to the lead rein competitor who has earnt the most points throughout the series.
• Cross Pole Champion (Kindly Sponsored by MR MOT)
Awarded to the competitor who has earnt the most points in Class 1 throughout the series.
• Mini Minimus Champion (Kindly Sponsored by TOAD HALL EQUINE REHABILITATION & PERFORMANCE)
Awarded to the competitor who has earnt the most points in Class 2 throughout the series.
• Minimus Champion (Kindly Sponsored by HOW TO BASICALLY)
Awarded to the competitor who has earnt the most points in Class 3 throughout the series.
• Small Novice Champion (Kindly Sponsored by EQUESTRIAN LAUNDRY GROUP)
Awarded to the competitor who has earnt the most points in Class 4 throughout the series.
• Novice Champion (Kindly Sponsored by PDG PHOTOGRAPHY)
Awarded to the competitor who has earnt the most points in Class 5 throughout the series.
• Open Champion (Kindly Sponsored by )
Awarded to the competitor who has earnt the most points in Class 6 throughout the series.
THE POINTS - The following points will be awarded for each rider/horse combination:
1st place – 10 points
2nd place – 9 points
3rd place – 8 points
4th place – 7 points
5th place – 6 points
6th place – 5 points
7th place – 4 points
8th place – 3 points
9th place – 2 points
10th place – 1 point
Everyone who competes but is not placed is awarded 1 point (HC, eliminated and retired rounds do not count)
If at the end of the series there are riders on equal points, then their percentage scores from each show will be added together to determine the winner!
THE CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW – This show will be open to all qualifying riders/horses, to qualify you must have earnt points during the series. Entries for the Championship show will open February 1st 2025 and will be purely invite only, the Show Secretary will contact all qualifying combinations by email or Facebook messenger or email. This will be the last show in the Winter Series held on Sunday March 2025 at Crockstead. Only those rider/horse combinations who compete in the series and at the Championship Show will be entitled to win the Championship prizes. Prizes will be awarded at the Championship Show.
