About this Event

Join me in person for a journey to reconnect with your voice. This will be a two-hour exploration, a soulful and playful journey through sound, body, and self-expression.

Step 1: Icebreaker & Grounding
We will begin with gentle icebreakers and grounding practices so we can feel safe with each other and in the space. Discovering your voice doesn’t mean stepping out of your comfort zone. It means expanding it. We will move through the space with curiosity and joy, honoring every small sound and every act of acceptance toward the colors of your voice.

Step 2: Preparing the Body
Next we will prepare our bodies to embrace our voices. Through gentle, intuitive movement, we awaken the body and open it to the fullness of sound.

Step 3: Voice Exploration
Then we dive into voice exercises to celebrate every layer of your voice. Your voice serves you in the best way it can, bringing the whisper of your soul to the world sometimes quiet, sometimes loud, sometimes tense or false. We will meet every layer, loud, soft, gentle, attractive, tense, withdrawn, and explore how the body and voice are deeply connected. There is no wrong way to make a sound here. You are the expert of your voice. We are simply discovering what happens when we allow it to speak.

Step 4: Singing Circle & Celebration
Finally we will celebrate our discoveries through singing. You don’t need to know how to sing. I will guide us through songs and together we will create a space where singing is an act of celebration aligned with your ovaries not with expectations of perfect pitch. The songs will awaken archetypal energies La Loba, the Witch, the Queen, and the Inner Child.

This is a beautiful, abundant journey, a space to explore, celebrate, and reclaim the fullness of your voice and your wild, authentic self.
