A weekend dance workshop with Tess Howell
About this Event
Join us for this dance-based rites of passage weekend, a space and place to mark what is changing in your life and to move with it in good ways.
We need ceremony, need ritual, need to honour what happened. We will dance- both inside the studio and outside in the elements, we will sit in circle and hear each other’s hearts. We will name and claim the threshold that we are moving through, marking what was, knowing what is; and making space for what will be. We will undertake simple non-denominational ceremony to mark what is changing for each of us.
Magic happens when we move our bodies: our lives change, our hearts heal, things that were stuck start to flow again; we allow more aliveness in, we get to be present to the potency and preciousness of each and every day.
Be warmly welcomed to join us.
