After his first successful appearance at the club, Rit Xu returns with his outstanding ensemble, and a trove of new music to share with us.
Rit Xu has become a fixture of the Singapore jazz scene since his appearance on the scene a decade ago. Known for a crystal-clear sound and exceptionall technique, Rit is also a master of showmanship, and never fails to delight an audience.
The Rit Xu Group is a contemporary jazz unit from Singapore that performs original compositions, standards and modern re-arrangements of top hits. The band has performed at the Singapore International Festival of Arts, Vientiane International Jazz Festival as well as Taiwan International Flute Festival, to name a few. Rit Xu Group is committed to raising the profile of contemporary jazz music from Singapore to the community—and to the world.
